If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, simply send the product back to us—no questions asked. We will issue a full refund once we receive the item.
Once refund will approve , it will credit to your original payment method within 2 days.

Ship the product to our return address.

Once we receive the product in acceptable condition, we’ll process your full refund promptly.
- We have a 1-day return/exchange/replacement/damaged policy, which means you have 1 days after receiving your item to request a exchange/replacement/damaged.
- Once the return/exchange/replacement/damaged product is received it will be inspected and the return/exchange/damaged/replacement will be delivered within 2 days

Glass products that are broken or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
All other handmade items, including candles, etc., are returnable and fully refundable.
